National Careers Service
Overview with links to further information and tips on searching for funding. The careers advice helpline might be useful if you want to ask something specific. 

Scholarship Search
Search for scholarships by organisation, subject and level (includes undergraduates and part time study).

Student Calculator
Work out how much students could be entitled to in grants and loans, help them start a budget and see how much they might spend on things like food, rent and going out.

Comparing universities

The best way to pick a university is to go and visit, but these websites are all great places to start coming up with a shortlist.

University summer schools

Summer schools are a fantastic way for students to experience higher education before they go to university. Individual universities run their own summer schools, as does social mobility charity The Sutton Trust.

Sutton Trust Summer Schools
Free, subject-specific residential courses for Year 12 students from UK state-maintained schools, as long as they meet The Sutton Trust’s eligibility criteria.
